Click food to eat it, click armor to wear it, click tools to put them on the hotbar. While hovering: 1–8 picks a hotbar slot, Q drops, Delete destroys (hold Shift for the whole stack).
Shift-click to craft five. Cooking, smelting and metal crafting happen in the campfire and forge menus (press E on them). Learn more recipes in the Skills sheet (K).
Each level gives four engram points. Spend them to learn crafting recipes once you reach the level on the left.
A new forest every game. Gather sticks, shore stones and plant fiber, twist rope into your first hatchet, build a fire, hunt deer and hogs, keep warm through the winter, and work your way from stone tools to a forge and a hunting rifle. Wolves, coyotes, bobcats and bears hunt you back.
The intended balance. Resources are scarce enough that every trip counts.
To host, start or continue a game, press Esc and choose Host co-op. Co-op works in the downloaded copy of the game.
